Yesterday, about 70 of us rode from Progressive Health to Doug Morgan's farm near Mount Vernon. It was dubbed the first "DougStock", although a smaller group of us did the trip last year. What a beautiful day. We had a gentle Northeast breeze in our faces. Although it slowed us down slightly, it brought temperature relief. The ride was a little less than 50 miles, with some pretty good hills. A good last training ride before HEADING TO ENGLAND TOMORROW!
